PAYMENT

Service against any remote tech plan will be available once you complete your one-time payment. Service commences instantly once we get confirmation about the payment from our payment gateway. All payments will be collected by YO Creations and on your card or bank statement you may find Payment Processor or “yo creations or whatever the name may be” as charged company name. Yo creations offers discount in pricing when one takes service for 2 or 3 years term, so if you sign up for 2 or 3 years plan then, you agree to maintain your service for the subscribed period.

Term plans are valid until following occurs.

  • Subscribed plan expires
  • You terminate the service before expiry of the relevant term.
  • You violate terms and policy of our company.
  • In the event of force-majeure cases.

Payment will be processed by our payment gateway through its secure (https) transaction page. So we request you not to handover any of your card information to any of our staffs. In case of unauthorized transaction or double payment please contact us and we’ll resolve your issues within 24 hours.

In case your terminate service after the subscribed term, you’ll not get service from the day itself. When we get a support request from clients, our staffs check service availability for the account, so please allow some time, while our staffs check your account status. Usually it’s done within 2 minutes.

You agree that, you agree to let the payment processing company debit subscribed plan fee without requiring a signed receipt. After you make payment, we’ll require a written and/or verbal/audio confirmation from you for our record. As soon as you make payment, one of our staffs will call you at your primary number and will repeat your subscribed plan, it’s feature and amount you have paid for the service.

 

Renewal Policy

We DON’T charge you automatically for any service or renewal of any service. All payments need to be processed from your end ONLY. If you don’t make payment, it means we haven’t got payment. In case of payment related query, you are requested to contact us FIRST to resolve the issue.

 

Refund Policy

We offer very transparent refund policy. We offer no obligation 30 days UNCONDITIONAL money back GUARNTEE if we don’t resolve any of the mentioned remote technical support on our website.

If there are one or more resolved issues, the fee for the subscribed payment will not be refundable. At its sole discretion Yo creations llc. may offer partial refund on a case to case basis. For every support request from client side, we record full call details in case of voice call or keep chat data for future references. In case of unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback, we’ll present these evidences to Bank and payment gateway to establish our cause.

For incident based plan – Yo creations offer 100% refund in case we are not able to solve your issue within given time frame hours from time you’d given us your PC access over remote connection.

1.Description of service: Yo creations offers remote PC, Mac and Smart Phone support over the phone, via Skype or through Team Viewer or Log me in.

2.Warranty and Liability: YO Creations provides no guarantee that we are able to answer the client's query. Should Yo creations not be able to solve the client's query, then there is no charge. All services are provided 'As Is' without any warranty of any kind (either express or implied). Due to the nature of IT and or Technology, fixing one problem for a client may cause another problem.  will endeavor to fix any subsequent problems that Yo Creations arise but we offer no guarantee that we can solve all of the client's queries. Yo Creations accepts no liability for any loss (including data, monetary, or time) to the client while attempting to solve the client's query or technical problem.

3.Backups: Yo Creations provides no backups on behalf of the client. We strongly recommend that the client backups up any important data or software before contacting Yo Creations has no liability under any circumstances for any data loss (including software) or corruption or hardware that may arise out of the Yo creations.

4.Remote access to client's PC, Mac or Smart Phone: While rendering the service, Yo creations may request from the client remote access to the client's PC, Mac or Smart Phone. The client provides remote access by downloading and installing TeamViewer (or similar software) and providing Yo Creations with the client's ID and password. By telling Yo Creations the ID and password, the client is giving Yo creations permission to access the client’s computer during the remote support session to troubleshoot the client's query or problem. Yo creations uses the client ID and password to connect to the clients PC, Mac or SmartPhone. The client must close any documents or software of a sensitive nature before contacting Yo creations and must advise Yo creations if there are certain locations on the client's PC, Mac or Smartphone (e.g. hard drive space, documents, images) that are private.

5.Downloading of software by Yo creations: In order to solve the client's query or technical problem, Yo creations may need to remotely install software (e.g. spyware removal software) on the client's PC, Mac or Smart Phone. Yo creations will advise the client of this during the remote support session and advise the client of any additional costs.

6.Fees and Payment: Payment for the service by the client is via one time debit order or payment in advance only.

7.Limits & availability of service: Yo creations will endeavor to provide answers and solutions to the client's queries and tech problems. If a certain tech problem or query cannot be solved by Yo creations there is no charge for the service. Yo creations may then recommend an 'onsite technical support' company to visit the client's premises. The 'onsite technical support' service has additional costs. Yo creations will not assist with any queries related to an illegal or adult (e.g. pornography) service. Yo creations may at their discretion refuse to offer service to a client and refund the client their registration fee.

 

Exclusion from Services

Our Remote Technical Services shall not include the following.

  • Any item or activity which is not mentioned under service plans.
  • Software, Operating system, license and hardware which are out of scope of the service plan.
  • External causes like problems from misuse, abuse, hacking or problems related to hardware fault and power fault.
  • Yo creations can only detect and fix software related issues. For hardware faults you may need to consult your hardware vendor.
